Lila Delman Real Estate joined other specialists in luxury real estate from North America and the Caribbean at last month's Christie's Great Estates Conference in New York City. Lila Delman Real Estate is the exclusive Rhode Island affiliate of Christie's Great Estates, the largest international network of real estate broker's dedicated to the marketing and sale of high-value properties. The conference was attended by Melanie Delman, President of Lila Delman Real Estate, Robin Nicholson, Sales Associate, Geer Messinger, Director of Business Management, Catherine Gazder, International Fine Properties Liaison, Cynthia Moretti, Sales Associate and Barbara Hannah, Broker Associate.
Lila Delman Real Estate was singled out by Christie's Great Estates for their outstanding examples of Personalized Direct Mail messages. In addition to the Direct Mail Program, Lila Delman Real Estate custom designs property brochures which are distributed worldwide utilizing the well-known and highly respected Christie's Great Estates brand name. Properties are also showcased in the Christie's Great Estates magazine, which is published four times a year and on the Christie's Great Estates website.

The expert panel addressed Reaching the Luxury Consumer in a Changing Market. It was comprised of Carol Brodie, Chief Luxury Officer, Bespoke Branding and Executive Director, Business Development, Fabrege; Milton Pedraza, CEO of Luxury Institute; Andrew M. Sacks, President and CEO, AGENCYSACKS which targets ultra-high networth individuals, and Adriano de Cardenas, Head of Strategic Marketing, Christie's USA.
