Lila Delman Real Estate International is pleased to welcome Tim Haxton, David J. Carty, Dennis Egan, and four other wonderful associates.
Tim Haxton, formerly of RE/MAX FLAGSHIP, INC., resides in Narragansett, Rhode Island and has a deep understanding of the local market in both buying and selling. Having been licensed since 1988, he chose Lila Delman Real Estate because he knew his skills were best fit for “the premiere agency in Rhode Island,” says Haxton. Haxton has joined the Narragansett office.
David J. Carty, former principal broker/owner of Carty Realty, is a second generation real estate professional since 2001 and has also joined the Narragansett office. Under his guidance, Carty Realty surpassed 100 million dollars in sales. Having grown up in the Bonnet Shore Community of Narragansett, Rhode Island, his reputation for professionalism is well-known throughout the area. Lila Delman Real Estate International is excited to enhance his visibility and services.
Dennis Egan, formerly of Coleman Realtors, greatly appreciates the incredible history of Rhode Island. With 2 years as a licensed realtor, over 2 years as a mortgage loan officer, and twenty plus years in interior design, restoration concepts and art, Egan has a balanced understanding of the real estate industry and has joined the Providence office.
In addition, Laura Starr and Nancy Cresser have joined the Jamestown office and Jen McElroy and Erica Davies have joined the Narragansett office.
