NARRAGANSETT –An oceanfront residence at 90 Colonel John Gardner Rd. was sold on October 26 for $3.4 million, the highest price every achieved for a Bonnet Shores property, according to Lila Delman Real Estate.
Lila Delman was the listing and selling agency. PresidentMelanie Delman and Realtors Robin Nicholson and Ruth Bellino represented the sellers, listed in Narragansett records as Donald and Elizabeth Holton. The buyers are John and Barbara Hooper.
We are starting to see some confidence in the luxury segment, said John Hodnett, principal broker of Lila Delman Real Estate.
The property is an oceanfront lot set on 370 feet of shoreline.
The coastal residence has a private beach, boat launch, two moorings and a 15-foot gazebo.
