October 30^th, 2015, NARRAGANSETT, RI – The luxury home market has seen high demand in coastal Rhode Island. The home sold at US $4,750,000 in an astonishing four days on the market. This sale marks the second highest of the year in Narragansett and highest on record in the village of Saunderstown according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. The sale took place at the beginning of the month marking the highest sale in Narragansett this year and second highest in Narragansett history.
