Actress Anne Archer, nominated for an Academy Award for her role as Michael Douglas's victimized wife in "Fatal Attraction" (1987), is offering her Rhode Island condominium for $1.1 million.
The townhouse is on Narragansett Bay in the Carnegie Abbey Sporting Estate, a gold and yachting club in Portsmouth, close to the mansion-filled resort of Newport.
Ms. Archer, 61 years old, and her husband, executive producer Terry Jastrow, bought the townhouse new in 2003. It measures 1,600 square feet and has two bedrooms, two baths, a powder room, a wet bar and water views. Carnegie Abbey has a private traditional Scottish-links-style golf course. Melanie Delman of Lila Delman Real Estate has the listing.
