Lila Delman Real Estate strikes Platinum at
Kent Washington Board of Realtors Awards Dinner
NARRAGANSETT—Lila Delman Real Estate agents are recognized among
the top realtors in Kent and Washington Counties. Eight Lila Delman
Real Estate (LDRE) agents were honored for sales excellence at the
Kent Washington Board of Realtors 2004 Circle of Sales Excellence
award dinner held March 22 at the West Valley Inn.
Melanie Delman, President of LDRE and broker, John Hodnett, Vice President
of LDRE and broker, Anita Langer, and Penny Mathis were honored with
the Platinum Individual 2004 Circle of Sales Excellence Award. With
four award recipients in the sale category of $10 million or over,
Lila Delman Real Estate received more Platinum Individual awards than
any other company.
LDRE agents Paul Bennett, Mary Philbin and Rosemary Simpson received
the Silver Individual Award, indicating that their sales were between
$4 and $6.9 million. Also, LDRE agent Eleanor Bennett received the
Bronze Individual Award, honoring total sales of $2 to $3.9 million.
