Donald Trump is asking for a new record rent of $200,000 a month for one of his unsold Park Avenue penthouses.  The 10-room duplex condominium at Trump Park Avenue, which is also for sale at $45 million, includes three bedrooms, 6½ baths, huge terraces, high ceilings, a grand staircase, and panoramic views of Manhattan and beyond.

"It can't be trumped," exclaimed Brown Harris Stevens listing broker Kathy Sloane. "It really is the most impressive residence on Park Avenue."  Located atop the former Delmonico Hotel, the gut-renovated 6,200-square-foot apartment features two roof terraces with views of the city and Central Park, a large master suite with separate baths and dressing rooms, a third smaller terrace, a library, a den, prewar details, chandeliers, four exposures and more than 50 windows.
