"We are concentrating on presenting Oakwood to an international audience, as there is a great interest in fine homes being shown by foreign buyers," said Ms. Delman. "It's a global market, and we're reaching out to strong economies like Ireland, which over the last decade experienced unprecedented economic growth to a level of real GDP almost double in size. Many of the brokers here are representing an interesting group of clients, as well: those who collect houses."
A trio played in the music room as guests admired the exquisite appointments, the art collection, and a rocking chair once owned by John F. Kennedy.
