It's wonderful to live in New England and specifically the Ocean State. Having studied art history and painting in college, I am drawn to older houses and historic conversions. Though, I appreciate new construction as well and have sold 5 commercial buildings here in Providence which I now help to rent.
I have worked as a real eastate broker in Rhode Island for 14 years, after having been a broker in Boston for 9 years and in Manhattan with Douglas Elliman for 13 years. This has a allowed me to experience closing condos, co-ops, multi-units, commercial buildings, single family houses, and land sales. I own 3 investment properties and am the president of 3 condo boards. I hold broker's licenses in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Before my ventures in real estate, I taught art in Ithaca public schools for 6 years.
Community involvement is a strong passion of mine. I am a member of the Screen Actors Guild, Providence Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, Rhode Island Association of Realtors, National Arts Club, Providence Arts Club, WGBH radio, WRIU radio, as well as the RISD Museum.
I hold a BFA from Alfred University and a certification as a historic house specialist. I am also a three-time Million Dollard Award winner in Rhode Island, and I am an Energy Smart Real Estate Specialist (ESRES).
In 2012 through 2016, I have been presented with RI Monthly Magazine's Five Star Home Professional Award as well as the Greater Providence Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award. With 37 years of experience facilitating all sorts of transactions, I look forward to helping you with any questions or requests you may have. Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail.
